Where is Studio17 located and what are your opening hours?

We are in Lugano, at No. 32 in the central Via Nassa (pedestrian zone).  We are open continuously from Tuesday to Friday: 09:00 - 19:00 and on Saturday: 09:00 - 17:00.

Is parking available nearby?

Among the most convenient parking facilities, we recommend the car park in Via Motta or the LAC car park. We recommend arriving a few minutes before your appointment in order to comfortably find a space.

How do I choose the most suitable treatment for me?

If you have any doubts or would like advice, our beauticians will be able to advise you on how best to achieve your goals.

Do you carry out treatments at home?

No, our services are only available on-site, where we have equipment and controlled environments to ensure optimal results and comply with all safety protocols.

Can there be contraindications for certain treatments?

Some services are not recommended for pregnant women, people with heart disease, allergies or skin inflammation. During the consultation phase, we will jointly assess individual needs in order to propose the most suitable and safest course.

Can I do several treatments at the same time?

In some cases, it is also recommended to develop synergies of several techniques, products or technologies simultaneously. In general, however, it is possible, depending on personal goals.

What hygiene and safety standards do you adopt?

We maintain high cleaning and sterilisation protocols. We use disposable instruments where possible and regularly sanitise the cabins and common areas.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

In addition to cash, we accept all types of credit and debit cards.

Do I have to pay immediately or after the treatment?

Payment is usually made at the end of the session. In the case of treatment cycles, we offer subscriptions that must be paid for in advance.

Is there a charge for the first consultation?

Our consultations are always free of charge.

Can I make subscriptions?

For some treatments involving several sessions with a certain frequency, subscriptions are provided or in some cases we offer 1 free treatment with the purchase of 10. We offer different formulas and in each case you can agree on the possibilities together according to your needs and future plans.

Can I get a discount on the list price?

Our prices are fixed. However, we offer affordable subscriptions and lump sums.

Should I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

In the event of a postponement or cancellation, we ask you to notify us in good time (at least 24 hours in advance) to give us the opportunity to reorganise the agenda as best we can.

What happens if I am late?

If you arrive late, we will still try to carry out your treatment, but it may be necessary to reduce the duration of the session.

Can I come accompanied by a friend or family member?

Absolutely, if you wish to be accompanied. We only ask that you respect the space and privacy of other customers.

Can I receive a consultation by telephone?

General information on treatments can be obtained by telephone. However, it is always advisable to make a consultation appointment for the assessment of your specific case in order to obtain targeted information.
